Simplest way to bypass Brilliance control

You need a soldering gun and knowledge of how to solder. Then take a look at the backside of the Brilliance control. You will note that there are two leads attached to it at different tabs. Simpy de-solder one of the two leads (either one) and re-solder it to the tab that is already attached to the other lead, so that when you are done both leads are soldered to the same tab or post. Now the control or potentiometer is out of the circuit.
