SondLab B-1 ESL Sub - Question
Jun 12th, 2017 at 1:41pm

Hi

I am a new member from the Toronto area and a long time ESL owner / experimenter.  ML CLS, CLSII, CLSIIz, Sanders 10C, Stax SR009 and now SL A-3PX and a pair of B1's.

I am interested in anyone with experience with B-1s.  The units I purchased are 25 years old and one is in marginal shape.  My first question is how do I remove the fabric so I can inspect the membrane and retension it.  I assume drill out the decorative wooden dowel caps along the sides.  I would just like to confirm there are no special tricks involved first.

Tx Drew

I know it has been a few weeks since your post, but reaching out directly to Brett would be my first stop as well.  He is very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to talk with.
