Hello, excessive ripple on the bias power supply causes distortion on the diaphragm as the ripple interacts with the plate voltages. This Plug and Play modification minimizes the audible effects like dissonance, focus, speech intelligibility and more. See the attached images for a better description and may be considered an improvement to the overall sound.
This mod is compadable with most speakers made by Soundlab in the last 30+ years.
It is installed between the Bias Supply and the Yellow Bias connector fitting inside the Backplate cavity.
