Hi
I have a pair of A-2x, I changed the covers to canvas by removing all the staples
and I put on a stretch canvas, making a close cover for use staples only on the bottom. I vacuumed everything thoroughly before applying the new canvas. For three months they worked well, but then I started hearing the clicks and I adjusted the bias until they disappeared.
The problem got worse, and now that I have the bias at the minimum, the clicks can still be heard.
Could this problem be due to dust? I saw in a previous post that it’s possible to restore the Mylar with a heat gun, could someone help me?
