        Maybe both, I have a quote from Dr. West to rebuild the panels. It might include both. I would have to ask him.

          Why do mylars need to be replaced? How about the stators?

            I have a pair of A1’s for sale. The mylar has to be re-done. I will drive the speakers to Sound Lab for the work to be done. The backplates are NOT toroid. The buyer will have the option to upgrade them as they wish at their cost. The buyer will be responsible for paying Dr. West directly for upgrades and for the shipping cost from Sound Lab to the buyer’s destination.

            The speakers will go to the highest bidder. No minimum bid required.
